farmer's market friday: welcome home furnishings

Holy home decor! You can't miss this booth at the FM. Their one-of-a-kind pieces come in all shapes, sizes, and colors. They'll even customize it for you. Did I mention these unique creations are actually affordable? Boutique style without the boutique prices.

at long last.

I finally submitted my business cards for printing. Someone in the peanut gallery asked for a preview. There are 2 versions. Which one do you like best?

Happy birthday to my 'lil sis, Erin.

rode-o.

I'm not so into rodeo culture, but a tiny, tiny piece of me imagines what life is like in a traveling rodeo. Like running off to join the circus.

We went to the SF rodeo on Wednesday (2nd rodeo EVER) and had a great time people watching and animal watching. Loved the 'lil cowboy sitting behind us. There was no shortage of hats & boots, princesses' sparkling tops, tight jeans & vests. Got to love rodeo fashion.

farmer's market friday: m & k designs

This isn't just any floral booth...it's ART! M&K Designs creates simple, clean, and vibrant floral arrangements for gifts, or just any occasion. They sent me home with a cute daisy bouquet that's still kickin' it on my counter. I'm not sure what kind of superfood they gave me, but these flowers are fresh, and they're made to last. If you've got a wedding coming up, give these guys a call. The hydrangeas alone are to die for.

cupcakes, eggs, and knitting...oh my!

The FM was out of control last week. I can't wait to see what kind of treasures I can find today!

Today is also LLAMA-FEST! This is better than Christmas. Don't be surprised if you see images of goofy looking llamas on the blog later this week.

farmer's market friday: FuLL giVe

FuLL giVe was a rookie at the FM last week. This guy works for himself creating sweet graffiti designs all day on belts, cuffs, and any other kind of leather crafts you can think of. His booth was home-made from recycled materials, and he loved chatting up his curious customers. He is seriously talented. I know I'll be stopping by his etsy shop for some gifts!

relax.

Over the weekend, we discovered Solase, a local massage and oxygen bar. Yes, oxygen. Curious? Me too. They're offering 15% off any service $35 and up, and 7 FREE minutes at the oxygen bar. You better believe we signed up. Our appointment isn't for another 2 weeks, so I'll let you know how it goes.

Sassy A and her PA friend are co-blogging a new site with hip stuff for mommas. Soon as they launch, I'll letchya know. Which shot should she choose for her blogging debut?

b + a = h.

This little family is so cute! I can't decide whether h looks like mom or dad more. And I LOVED her little piggy tails. She likes to sit on things and had fun identifying my eyes, ears, and nose. I love figuring out what makes kids smile, because they are all so different!

farmer's market friday: back on track

I've been out of town, so tomorrow is my first Farmer's Market in a MONTH. I'll collect some more goodies for my Friday features. Personally, I'm hoping for some CORN on the COB.

such a slacker.

Generally, I'm pretty good at staying on top of this, but I've been a very, VERY big slacker lately. I've been working on some things. Some very BIG things. I will post SOON about:
  • WY/4th
  • Farmer's market
  • Partnerships and promos
  • Fabulous friend entrepreneurs
  • A wedding
  • A commercial shoot
  • Many, many family sessions!
and....a BIG surprise.
