In blog-hopping, I came across this website (Etsy) where artists can sell their handmade wares, and now I'm hopelessly addicted. It's kind of like eBay, but with a much prettier interface, and it's a lot less overwhelming because there's no bidding. I decided to put myself up on there, but I also really love perusing other peoples' crafts. There are some especially creative products at reasonable prices. The mall is looking a lot less attractive. Let's say you're looking for a home decor piece or an article of jewelry to match a new outfit. You can search by color, by location, 'pounce' on new items, or search connections to see what the artists you like also like. Etsy all the way!
