what is a brat tail?

This weekend we went to our inaugural BYU football game. Below are some shots I snapped between (and sometimes during) snaps. The final photo is perhaps the most curious. It's called a 'brat tail', and it's a maple flavored, long-john donut with a brat squished in the middle. With onions. And ketchup and mustard. Was it good? Surprisingly yes.
