have you tried west elm? I love their website. It's a little expensive but not really. I'm still in the phase where I expect everything to be Ikea prices! :)
I love CB2! Especially their dinnerware. Besides that it's Ikea & Target - my decorating budget is definitely small. I like to look at places like West Elm and Pottery Barn for ideas though.
