zak!
On my trip to Minneapolis I visited my most FAVORITE boutique, Patina. They always have the greatest finds, including this lovely red strainer which is perfect for fruits & veggies that are fresh from the garden.

jantzen II.
Their 100th birthday was yesterday, and I'll say, they're looking pretty good! I la la love their fresh logo & branding. It's so retro, yet hip. Which is your favorite!?

bobbi l.
Bobbi is a fabulous SLC artist (and friend) who just opened up her very own Etsy shop. You can visit her sweet felted creatures and richly textured collages here. She also has a fabulous blog that is both contemplative and refreshingly honest (check out Frosty's Trip to the Post Office for a laugh). It's so beautiful to have a window into the creative process of a real artist.

If you're looking for the perfect last minute gift, or need to dress up your holiday decor, check out her Etsy shop!

wallet envy.
Nearly every time I'm at the store and I take my wallet out to pay, people ask me where I got my wallet. Secret's out, I got it from Etsy.

brambles.
Last weekend while out and about with a friend we happened upon Brambles, a boutique in south Provo. We'd both driven by a million times, but never stopped. Last weekend we stopped.
The ambiance was so warm and welcoming, and they had everything from plans to frames, plaques, jewelry, antiques, fragrances, headbands, etc. My personal favorite was Voluspa in Goji Toracco and Orange. Don't ask me what that is, but it smells amazing. Plus, it's red. I like red.

CB2.
While I'm far far away and dreaming of my new home, I'm trying to furnish it all in my head. I found this sweet new site with fun decor and accessories. Here's my favorite piece:

I'm also checking out Pottery Barn & Crate and Barrel. Where do you shop for your home furnishings and decor?

farmer's market friday: park city arts festival
My Farmer's Market cards are all packed away, so this week I'm featuring Park City Arts festival, which we attended last weekend. If you've never been, it's totally worth it, it's one of the largest arts festivals in the country. We went to breakfast at The Eating Establishment (after huffing it up the Main Street hill) and then coasted back down the hill to see all the vendors. Our favorites were:

If you're interested in any of these vendors, leave a comment, and I'll dig up their contact info from among the boxes!
- strategically selected book titles reinvented into functional wall hangings (key hooks, bookshelves, etc.)
- the coffee table that doubles as a marimba
- found object sculptures

farmer's market friday: m & k designs
This isn't just any floral booth...it's ART! M&K Designs creates simple, clean, and vibrant floral arrangements for gifts, or just any occasion. They sent me home with a cute daisy bouquet that's still kickin' it on my counter. I'm not sure what kind of superfood they gave me, but these flowers are fresh, and they're made to last. If you've got a wedding coming up, give these guys a call. The hydrangeas alone are to die for.

farmer's market friday: FuLL giVe
FuLL giVe was a rookie at the FM last week. This guy works for himself creating sweet graffiti designs all day on belts, cuffs, and any other kind of leather crafts you can think of. His booth was home-made from recycled materials, and he loved chatting up his curious customers. He is seriously talented. I know I'll be stopping by his etsy shop for some gifts!

even greener.
LOVE these reusable (and adorable!) snack bags from UldeYrth. If you've already got your green shopping bags, this is even greener!

*********Update**********
A friend from work purchased some reusable bags on Etsy from Green Street Bags. She dropped by my desk to show them off, and I hopped right on Etsy to buy some for myself! These bags come in many vibrant colors, and you can buy the sandwich size or the snack size. I opted for the "choose your own" set of 3, and specified the fabrics of my choice. The nylon lining makes these perfect for dried sundries, or even fruits & veggies. The velcro enclosure keeps your snacks from spilling.
