it's december 1st...
Are your holiday cards ready? If you're looking for a fresh (read: not canned design from *you know where*), let me design a one-of-a-kind holiday card for you! Here's one I did last year. I've already finished some new ones this year...but I can't spoil the surprise for my clients!
I also design baby announcements, graduation announcements, engagement collages, custom albums, logos, and business cards.

something borrowed.
By now you've probably figured out that I'm using the old wedding cliche as the topic for my posts (can you guess what's next?), but this post is happening somewhat on accident! I'm cheating a little because I didn't take any new pictures, but I thought I would illustrate some design that I did this week.
I was searching for some "borrowed" images and photographers to inspire me, and I ran across this perfect image (http://http//mrbranchphoto.com/htdocs/blog/photo/2006/08/shadow-steps.html). I liked it so much because the scroll looks like the letter "C" like our last initial, and I thought it would come in handy. When I started designing my husband's graduation announcement, it fit the theme and layout, so I was able to incorporate it into the design.
To be clear, the only image I took myself is the photo of my blue-eyed husband, and then I used different elements to design his graduation announcement, borrowing the "scrolling C" image from the above credited source.

something new.
Saturday was warm and sunny, who knew we'd wake up to snow on Sunday morning?! The snow did hold off long enough for me to snap these pictures on a double date with friends. She asked me to do some graduation photos of her, and we threw her husband in a few as well. Even my husband let me sneak a few shots of him!
